Welcome to La Petite Kameezeta. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All of our pieces are custom-made for you upon purchase. All sales are final. Please double-check your selections before completing your order.

2. Order Accuracy

You're responsible for ensuring that all order details—such as size, color, and shipping address—are correct at the time of purchase. La Petite Kameezeta is not liable for errors made at checkout.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping

We partner with Printful to produce and ship your order. Fulfillment typically takes 7–14 business days, followed by standard shipping timelines. Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or customs. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by third parties.

4. Defects or Fulfillment Errors

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lapetitekameezeta@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, product photography, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of La Petite Kameezeta and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

6. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse our website or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
