Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please allow 7–14 business days for your items to be produced before they are shipped.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping windows (after fulfillment):

  • U.S. Orders: 5-14 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

La Petite Kameezeta is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to address errors, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package seems lost or stalled, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you believe your order was lost in transit, contact us at lapetitekameezeta@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
